What are Group Pre-Orders?

They give you access to volume discounts based on group buying power. 

In order to ensure required volumes are met, we take pre-orders for 2 weeks to confirm these volumes are met.

Once volumes are met, payment is finalized and production starts. Any items that do not meet the volume requirements are removed from orders.

How Does Payment Work?

Orders are all 100% pre-paid at checkout. If there are any items that are not collectively ordered in large enough quantities to proceed with production, the value for these items will be refunded to your credit card on Nov 23, 2022. 

Can I adjust my order if some items are cancelled?

You will have a 24hr window to make adjustments to your order mix and/or re-allocate quantities from cancelled items. You will receive an email outlining this process. If no response is received in 24hrs, we will only remove the items not meeting minimums and will process the remaining items on your order.

Why might an item get cancelled?

With Group orders, estimating order volumes is a bit of a dark art - we need to set pricing based on sales volume estimates as well as production minimums. Basically we try to find a sweet spot where the order volumes are not so high it's hard to meet them but large enough that there are still sizeable savings for each person who orders.

If there are products that don't meet the order requirement, we'll reach out to you and you can make adjustments to your original order if you like.

How Much is Delivery

Within Canada: $55 CAD
Within Continuous USA: $65 CAD (orders will be shipped separately as necessary in order to remove duty/tax)

How are International Shipments handled?

We will try to ship goods in such a way that the total order amount is under the $800 de minimis order value limit. This may result in multiple shipments.
